New Update from Immigration

***IMPORTANT*** As of August 29, 2016, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will be expanding the eligibility for the Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver.  In the past, ONLY those individuals with a U.S. Citizen Spouse or U.S. Citizen Parent were eligible to apply for this waiver.  With this new change, applicants can now have their U.S. Citizen OR Lawful Permanent Resident Spouse or Parent apply for the I-601A, Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver.
