Since I established my firm in 1981, I have helped people resolve difficult immigration problems through sound advice about the application process, very effective defense at deportation and removal hearings, and highly skilled advocacy during appeals to the Immigration Board of Immigration Appeals and to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

My law firm has dealt with very complex immigration cases involving negative immigration or criminal histories. My firm feels strongly about protecting the rights of immigrants and their families and this commitment is reflected in my work. My goal is to keep families together as that is the cornerstone of US Immigration Law.
